Credit dispute services accessed through this Site are provided by our trusted partners. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.
Description of Service
Accuracy Advocate connects consumers with trusted credit dispute service partners. These partners help consumers identify and dispute items on their credit reports that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Important Disclaimers
No guarantee of results: We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed from your credit report. Only items that are determined by credit bureaus to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable may be corrected or removed. Legitimate, accurate information cannot be removed from your credit report.
Not legal advice: Our services do not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm. If you need legal advice, please consult a qualified attorney.
Individual results vary: The outcome of credit disputes depends on many factors specific to your situation. Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar outcomes for you.
Time required: Credit bureau investigations typically take 30 days as required by the FCRA. There are no quick fixes or overnight solutions to credit report issues.
Your Responsibilities

Fees and Payment
The initial credit report review is provided at no cost. Any additional services and associated fees will be clearly disclosed by our trusted service partners and agreed upon before work begins. You will not be charged without your prior consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Accuracy Advocate website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of HLTH Communications and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HLTH Communications and its trusted partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Site or the services offered through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, our partners will cease all dispute activities on your behalf. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
